Ann’s energy and motivation is driven by her three core values; Passion, Purpose, Persistence, after-which she lives her life and is further reflected in her teaching and coaching modules. Ann is a fully certified Yoga teacher graduating with honors from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in India, which meets the U.S. National Educational Standard of Yoga Alliance.

Dance is a movement therapy which is the communication of our body and mind. It strengthens the core muscle or central meridian in the body, thus while after dancing you can feel very energetic and relaxing, it is to promote healing of the body or mind.

Jodie is a native Thai who has been passionate about different kind of art forms since she was a child. While she was living in San Jose, California, she was inspired by a Belly Dance performance which a friend of hers showed her on DVD. After returning to Thailand she began Belly Dancing with Kru Apple at RumPuree Dance studio. Not only has Jodie been practicing different styles of Belly Dancing, she has been practicing different form of dances such as Afro Caribbean Dancing and Hip Hop which she has learnt from well-known talented dance performers and instructors from Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Korea, America and more

Dance is not only an art form but it is also a way to connect to your inner self. When you dance you are meditating through the rhythm of the music and you are communicating to your body and soul. It is the moment you listen to yourself and to the world.

ZenNaTai

This ancient therapeutic massage is focused on the abdominal region, the energy centre of the body according to medical Asian tradition. It improves concentration and stimulates the flow of lymph. Phu Klon Mud Facial

The skins is first deep-cleansed and apply the Plu Kon facial mask, the deep spring mud from northern of Thailand that provide mineral supplement to the skin and follow by acupressure facial is applied to stimulate the lymphatic system. It enhances skin tone, brightens the complexion and prevents wrinkling.

Silk Facial

This treatment of the face is highly beneficial for the complexion. It lines the skin with natural sericin. Sericin contains eighteen essential amino acids that have a deeply hydrating and moisturizing effect on the skin. Silkworm cocoons (sericin) are a traditional skin care product used by Thai people since ancient time.
